In addition, I am part of a faculty training network at the University of Washington that that has worked through partnerships with ministries of health, universities, and other stakeholders to strengthen health systems in participating countries by enhancing their leadership, management, and policy development capacity. My contributions to the team have included modules on communication styles, storytelling as a leadership tool, and digital storytelling as a form of visual communication to promote education, policy, and management strategies.
